Professional care at home
When recovering from illness or injury, nothing feels better than being at home – near personal comforts and close to family and friends.
Methodist Fremont Health’s Home Health Program provides short-term intermittent care under the direction of a physician and in the comfort of your home. Our dedicated nurses and therapists educate patients and families on the impairments they’re facing as well as necessary care and treatment. This, we believe, fosters independence and peace of mind.
In fact, research shows that home health care stimulates a quicker and more complete recovery.
